Red Tree Business Suites, the flexible office space model delivered by Clyde Gateway Developments Limited now boasts 3 different buildings across the Clyde Gateway area. The most recent and the flagship of the Red Tree offering was delivered at Magenta Business Park. Red Tree Magenta, a multi award winning building providing Grade A modern premises of 40,000 sq. ft. was built at a cost of £9m. The very first building at the new 27-acre urban business park is situated in Shawfield, The building has attracted a number of high profile companies, including Robertson Facilities Management, BRE and Speirs Gumley. The contemporary office space is also home to 30 growing smaller businesses, bringing over 170 jobs to the area. With demand for the location and services so high Red Tree Magenta was 100% let in the first 4 months. Red Tree Bridgeton was converted from ground and upper floor shop premises which had lain empty for more than 20 years. The development provided twenty five office suites and two shop units built at a cost of £3.6million including a contribution of £1.14m from the European Regional Development Fund. The building has enjoyed a healthy level of occupancy and allowed some of its occupiers to expand within the centre while their businesses have grown. The first of the Red Tree Business Suites brand opened as Red Tree Rutherglen in June 2011 following the £1.6million conversion of former housing offices at 24 Stonelaw Road, The development was an instant success, within eighteen months the eleven stylish units, ranging in size from 200 to 3,500 square feet, were fully occupied and have remained that way almost ever since with companies often on a waiting list to move in.
