About Clyde Gateway

Established to undertake the regeneration of 840 hectares across the east end of Glasgow and South Lanarkshire, Clyde Gateway, working in partnership with Glasgow City Council, South Lanarkshire Council, Scottish Enterprise and the Scottish Government, is driving forward £1.5 billion of private sector investment to establish the area as a hub of business activity.

Having already completed various developments, new build offices and industrial premises, as well as site preparation, Clyde Gateway is fast becoming a place of opportunity for those looking to join already successful businesses in the area.

Neighbouring Glasgow’s city centre, Clyde Gateway makes the ideal investment area, benefitting from everything that Glasgow has to offer but at a much lower cost. By investing in the Clyde Gateway area your business cost savings will be around 50% compared to city centre prices but each development still retains the highest quality of build and finish, and meets high environmental and sustainable standards.

Clyde Gateway was also the location of choice to host the 2014 Commonwealth Games, bringing with it a number of additional opportunities.

All of this, coupled with the extension and development of surrounding transport links, provides investors with a strong competitive advantage in this fast-developing area.
